INSIDE
Walking into this stylish new Palm Springs vacation home you'll find fabulous furnishings with walls of glass looking outside to the pool area. With an open floor plan, it's easy to enjoy dining and entertaining with friends and family.
The home features large polished tiles throughout the living areas and carpet offers a nice warm feel in the three bedrooms. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans with remotes and an Amazon Echo Dot.
The kitchen has been designed with a large work space that offers room for six bar stools on the opposite side. The custom soft close cabinets and gorgeous quartz counters with newly updated stainless-steel appliances, and it's also fully stocked for preparing a gourmet meal for your family and friends.
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom features a king bed with comfortable bedding, 50-inch HDTV with cable and Roku, a large closet and a sliding glass door that offers direct access to the backyard pool area. It also includes a remodeled en-suite bathroom with custom quartz counter sinks and a walk-in shower that features a side-by-side bathtub.
Guest bedroom #1 provides two twin trundle beds or one can be set up as a King-size bed with advance notice. There is a 32-inch HDTV with Roku, and a DVD player.
Guest bedroom #2 features a King-size bed, 40-inch HDTV with cable, a reach-in closet and a sliding glass door that opens to a patio with a view of the Palm Springs Tramway.
The Guest bathroom is located in the hallway and in-between the two guest bedrooms. There is a combination shower/bathtub and a single vanity sink.
OUTSIDE
Step outside and sit under the desert stars or the covered patio while enjoying a cocktail with friends. Cool off in the pool which is 11-feet wide x 33-feet long and 3- feet to 10-feet deep with a diving board at the deep end or relax in the attached spa which will comfortably fit all 6 adults. In the evening the fire pit will surely add sparks to any group, whether its for cooking smores or enjoying a nice glass of wine by it will definitely add to the abundance of memories you are sure to make.
This fully enclosed yard and ficus trees provide a completely private experience for you and your guests to enjoy.
This vacation home was built by the Alexander Construction Company and sits on a quiet street. in one of the first Palm Springs mid-century modern neighborhoods, known as the Desert Park Estates. A majority of the homes were built in the 1950s.
