This 6-BR, 3 Bath luxury home is walking distance to the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals and is in a private, non-gated community just minutes away from shopping, dining, spas, golf and casinos. OUTSIDE FEATURES

The large private yard offers a 30 ft. x 30 ft. heated pool, spa with water features, and 16 ft. x 16 ft. tanning shelf. Privacy is guaranteed by the abundance of landscaping surrounding the property, and did we mention a putting green and volleyball net? There is 4 chaise lounge chairs and 2 floating lounge chairs.
Outdoor kitchen with built in natural gas BBQ, wood burning BBQ and dining table for 6. As the sun goes down, kick back and turn on your favorite movie to watch under the stars on the massive wall mounted 60-inch cable HDTV or roast some s'mores around the gas fire pit.
INSIDE FEATURES
The contemporary inspired furnishings help create a home away from home feeling, while still providing a high level of luxury. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite topped island and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen breakfast nook has seating for 5 guests on a high top table. The formal dining room has seating for 12 guests.
The living room features a sectional sofa with electric recliners at each end, 60-inch cable HDTV and a Blu-Ray player.
Call their bluff with a friendly game of poker or a game of bumper pool in the upstairs game room, or watch your favorite movie on the 60-inch cable HDTV.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The spacious Master Suite features a Cal King size bed, double closets, and views of the mountains. The en-suite bathroom has an oversize soaking tub, large shower, granite counters, and dual sinks.
Bedroom #'s 2, 3 & 4 are all located upstairs and feature Queen size beds, a reach-in closet, ceiling fans and views of the mountains.
Bedroom #5 is located downstairs and offers (2) Twin size beds, a reach-in closet, ceiling fan and a set of French doors that leads out onto the backyard covered patio and pool area.
Bedroom #6 is located downstairs and offers a Queen size bed, a reach-in closet and a ceiling fan.
Guest Bathroom #2 is located upstairs with hallway access, a large granite counter top with dual sinks, combination shower / bathtub, and a toilet.
Guest Bathroom #3 is located downstairs with hallway access, a single vanity sink, walk-in shower, and a toilet.

We were there to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and it could not have been more perfect of a place.
